APPOINTMENT POLICY
A $39.00 deposit is required to set up an appointment and it will be deducted from the price of the service needed.

CANCELATION POLICY
A cancelation has to be requested at least 24 hours prior the appointment time and Top Notch Sprinkler Repair will keep 25% of the paid deposit the reamain balance will be refunded.

REFUND POLICY
Once a refund is granted, this will appear on your statement within 5 to 7 business days.

WARRANTY POLICY
All sprinkler repair/repairs/installs are covered by a 90 day parts and labor warranty.Warranty cover all parts used in the repair/repairs/installs and labor.The warranty does not cover parts and labor for new issues. Example clogged nozzles, leaking spray head/rotor,head direction and pattern adjustment,leaking pipe or any other new problems that are not related to the original repair/repairs/installs. Sprinkler issues caused by person,vehicle,animal, or act of god are also not covered.

We at Top Notch Sprinkler Repair are not responsible for any wifi adapter or smart controllers not connecting to any device used. You the customer are sole responsible to have the correct equipment to make any wifi adapter or smart controller to work on any device. All material used in any and all repair/installs are the property of Top Notch Sprinkler Repair until paid in full. We Top notch sprinkler repair are not responsible for any damage to underground utilities,water damage to house ,yard damage or loss to any turf or plants, and any city watering fines. Any credit card/debit card payment will have a 5% processing fee applied. Any credit card/debit card dispute or check return will have a 15% fee or $150 fee which ever is higher will be applied.Failure to pay for the completed work will cause a 15% fee or $150 fee which ever is higher will be applied after 15 days of completion of work.By failing to pay the invoice/work order you agree and give permission to Top Notch Sprinkler Repair to enter you’re property at will, without notice or permission to collect any and all property of Top Notch Sprinkler Repair. We Top Notch Sprinkler Repair are not responsible of any damage caused by the removal of any parts associated to the repair/repairs/installation. By paying or failing to pay the invoice/work order you the customer agree to the terms and conditions stated. By paying the invoice/work order you the customer agree that the work perform and completed is to you’re satisfaction.
ESTIMATE POLICY
Any estimates over the phone and by technicians are estimates only and not considered finale price.After estimated repair/repairs/install are completed other problems may exist that could affect the final price. All material used in any and all repair/install are the property of Top Notch Sprinkler Repair until paid in full. We Top Notch Sprinkler Repair are not responsible for any damage to underground utilities,water damage to house ,yard damage or loss to any turf and or plants, and any city watering fine’s that might occur . By accepting the estimate/work order you the customer agree to have us Top Notch Sprinkler Repair to perform all the necessary repair/repairs/installation on the estimate/work order, or that occur while performing the repair/repairs/installation. We Top Notch Sprinkler Repair are not responsible for any wifi adapter or smart controllers not connecting to any device used. You the customer are sole responsible to have the correct equipment to make any wifi adapter or smart controller to work on any device used. By accepting the estimate/work order you the customer agree to pay the final price on the invoice/work order for all the repair/repairs/installation completed. By accepting the estimate/work order you agree and give permission to Top Notch Sprinkler Repair to enter you’re property at will, without notice or permission to collect any and all property of Top Notch Sprinkler Repair.
